Ingredients:
1 kilo Pasta
1 piece Knorr beef cube
Ham cut in to small
3 packs all-purpose cream (250ml)
6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 piece white onion chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
2 liter water
Procedure:
1. Cook the ham set aside
2. Cook the pasta in 1 liter of water Let boil. Add salt.
3. Cook for 12 minutes or until al dente. Remove the pasta and drained Set aside
4. Prepare the carbonara sauce by heating 3 tablespoons of oil. Saute onion and garlic.
5. One the onion softens, pour all-purpose cream into the pan. Stir. Add 1/4 cup water.
6. Add Knorr Beef Cube. Stir until well blended.
7. Put cooked ham salt and pepper to taste. Stir.
8. Add the cooked spaghetti. Toss until spaghetti gets totally coated with sauce.
9. Add Parmesan cheese. Toss. Add more ham on top .
10. Ready to Serve and Enjoy
